A launch with its hooks written before it ships

hypjam takes the brief on a call, writes the hooks, casts the creators, directs the shoot and delivers first cuts inside fourteen days, cleared for organic and paid. Your team keeps the launch.

Most launch content is briefed too late. Every part of this one is briefed first.

On hypjam the script is locked before anyone films and the creators are cast before the product lands. Four services make that happen, in the order a launch actually needs them.

The services behind it

The services behind the launch.

Each one is a service on its own. Together they cover what happens before the shoot, on the shoot, and in the fortnight before the launch date.

The brief is written on the first call, in your words.

hypjam starts with a conversation, not an order form. What the product is, who it is for, what the launch date is, what you have already tried. By the end of the call the brief is on the tracker with a budget band and a date, and nothing is guessed.

One brief, not a vibe

The brief carries the product, the offer, the platforms, the tone and the date. It is the document the writer, the producer and the editor all work from, so the creator's take matches what you asked for.

A budget band, not a mystery

Packages start from £1,800 a month and the brief says which one fits. 'From' is honest: the final number is scoped once we know how many videos you need and how long you want the rights for.

Tracked live

Every brief sits on a live tracker you can open. Casting, scripting, shooting and editing move across it during the sprint, so you never have to ask where things are.

Eight hooks are written before anyone presses record.

The first three seconds decide whether the rest of the video is watched, so that is where the writing time goes. Every script starts as eight hooks of different kinds: curiosity, comparison, POV, a plain claim. Two or three are picked for the shoot. The rest are kept for round two.

Hooks of different kinds

A launch does not know which angle will land, so the eight are deliberately different: a question, a confession, a comparison, a 'wait for it'. The shoot covers more than one so the ad account has something to choose between.

Scripted, then loosened

Each hook has a one-line script and a payoff. Creators get the script and the direction, and deliver it in their own timing and words. Directed, not read.

Kept for the next round

The hooks that did not make the shoot stay in the brief. When the first cuts have run, the next round starts from what is already written.

Casting is from our roster, and you approve the shortlist.

Creators are cast from hypjam's own roster for tone, look and niche, not follower count. You see the shortlist before anyone shoots. The creator gets the brief, the script and the references, so they arrive knowing what the launch is for.

Cast for the product

Skincare, home, fitness, food, tech, parenting: the roster is organised by what people actually use and film. A launch is cast for the person your customer would believe, not the biggest account.

You see who, first

The shortlist lands on the tracker with each creator's handle and previous work. Nobody films until you have said yes.

Paid by us, once

Creators are paid out of your package fee on a set schedule. One contract, one invoice, no separate negotiations on your side.

Each take is cut for the placement it is going to.

A TikTok cut and a Reels cut are not the same file with a different export. The editor cuts for how each feed is watched: pacing, captions, sound, where the product first appears. Captions are burned in and kept clear of the platform's own overlays.

Native, not resized

Every video is cut 9:16 for the platform it is going to, with the hook in the first frame and the caption inside the safe area. Six placements, six cuts if the brief needs them.

One revision round, included

Every package includes one full revision round per video. Most rounds get used on pacing or captions rather than reshoots, because the script was locked before anyone filmed.

Delivered with a note

The cuts arrive with the usage rights and our read on what to run where. Then we watch what performs and brief the next round around it.

Built for the problems a launch actually has.

Not a marketplace with a search box. hypjam is built around the launch date that will not move, the one hero film with no variants, and the rights that are not sorted the day the ad has to go live.

The date is fixed, the content is not

Product is landing in six weeks and there is no video. The brief goes on a call this week and first cuts land inside fourteen days.

One hero ad, no variants

A single polished film gives the ad account nothing to learn from. Eight hooks and a handful of creators give it a set.

The brand voice on someone else's phone

Creators sound off-brand when nobody directs them. Ours get a script, references and notes, and a director on the call.

Rights sorted after the fact

An ad that has to come down because the licence was implied is a launch problem. Usage is in writing with the creator before they film.

How it runs

From the first call to the first cuts.

  1. 01

    The brief lands

A thirty-minute call. Product, goal, date, budget band, and what you have already tried. It is on the tracker the same day.

  2. 02

    Hooks and scripts

Eight hooks per script, each with a one-line payoff. You pick with us which ones go to the shoot.

  3. 03

    Cast and shot

Creators are cast from the roster and approved by you, then directed through the takes on their own phones.

  4. 04

    Cut, captioned, cleared

Each take is cut for its placement, captions burned in, and delivered with the rights and a note on what to run where.

Under the hood

On a phone, from a script, under a contract.

The details a marketing lead asks about before signing a launch brief.

Turnaround

14 days

From a signed brief to first cuts. Casting, shooting and editing all happen inside the sprint, tracked live.

Hooks

8 per script

Every script starts as eight hooks. Two or three are picked for the shoot; the rest are kept for the next round.

Casting

You approve

Creators come from our own roster, cast for the product. Nobody shoots until you have seen the shortlist.

Rights

In writing

Organic and paid usage for the term of your package, agreed with the creator before they film. Longer windows are scoped in the brief.

Revisions

One round per video

Included in every package. Usually spent on pacing or captions, because the script was locked first.

Placements

Six

TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Pinterest and Meta ads, each cut for where it is going.

Rights and safety
“We started hypjam because brands kept hiring creators one by one and nobody was directing the work. We treat UGC like a production: one brief, one team, a script before anyone films, an edit built for the feed.”

FAQ

Questions people ask before a launch brief.

How fast can a launch actually turn around?

Most sprints run fourteen days from brief to delivery, with casting, shooting and editing inside that. Rush timelines are possible; we will tell you honestly if the brief needs longer.

What do we get at the end of the sprint?

The finished videos cut per placement, the usage rights in writing, and our read on what to run where. Then we watch what performs and brief the next round around it.

How many videos is a launch?

Six a month on Starter, twelve on Growth, twenty-four or more on Scale. A launch is best started on Growth so the ad account has variants to choose between.

Can we see the creators before they shoot?

Yes. Casting is from our roster and you approve the shortlist before anyone films.

What if the product is late?

The brief and the hooks do not need the product in hand; the shoot does. We schedule creators around the delivery date and the tracker shows the shift.

Tell us what is launching.

Book a thirty-minute call. Bring the product and the date; we will come back with formats, creators and a timeline.
