How we protect your brand and your creators

Questions about rights?

We're happy to walk through how usage, releases and disclosure work on a brief, and what changes when a video runs as a whitelisted ad.

Book a call

You license them for the usage window in your package, for organic and paid use, on the platforms in the brief. We handle the paperwork with each creator so the rights are clean, not implied. If you want the window extended, we price that in upfront.

Organic and paid usage for the term of your package, on the platforms the video was made for. Whitelisting, Spark Ads and longer usage windows are written into the brief before the shoot, so there is no scramble later.

Usage rights

Yes. That is Spark Ads on TikTok and partnership ads on Meta. The creator authorises it from their account, the authorisation window is agreed in their agreement, and the fee reflects it. We set it up and show you where the switch lives.

Whitelisting and Spark Ads

Every ad is labelled as an ad. Where a video runs from a creator's handle, the platform's paid-partnership label is switched on; where it runs from yours, it is an ad in your account. We follow the ASA's CAP Code and will not ship a cut that hides the relationship.

You either renew it or stop running the video. We tell you the end date when we deliver, remind you before it arrives, and never charge for a renewal you did not ask for.

We use them for your brief and nothing else. Your product goes to the creators cast for the shoot, your brief stays with the team working on it, and personal data is handled as our privacy policy sets out. Ask and we delete it.
